Our Board
The people behind the ministry
Stepping Out in Faith is led by women of deep faith and service — survivors, leaders, and caregivers who pour their lives into walking with others. Meet our board.
Evangelist Rosetta Gloster
Founder & CEO
Rosetta Gloster is a victorious woman at heart who loves singing for the Lord and serving in ways that please Him. A breast cancer survivor, she founded and leads Stepping Out in Faith 21st Century — a ministry that encourages women to share their testimonies and offers spiritual and moral support to uplift and empower. Rosetta is honored that God called her to be an Evangelist and to share the good news of Jesus Christ. She describes that calling as bringing people into communion and community, where everyone is treated gently and with respect. For Rosetta, evangelism is about the people, Jesus, and the Kingdom of God.
Elder Kimberly Moore
Vice President
Elder Kimberly Moore is a dedicated community health worker with Cleveland Clinic (since 2022) and a Senior Job Coach with Opportunities Unlimited (since 2019). An ordained Elder, she accepted Christ at the age of 10 and carries a deep passion for serving, teaching, and singing for the Lord. She holds an Associate’s in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Healthcare Management (HR), and is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Health, with aspirations of becoming an author. Kimberly is committed to empowering her community — especially young women — to know their worth and walk on purpose. She teaches biblical principles to children and works to improve healthcare systems, including elderly care, mental health, dental hygiene, and employee support. She serves as an active Senior Leader on the New Beginning Ministries Board and is President of the MSC~Fund (Sickle Cell Anemia Champions). A proud mother of two and grandmother of four, she lovingly calls her family “My A Team.”
Tamika Cammon
Treasurer
Tamika Cammon is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, founder of Advancing Forward Kingdom Ministry, who has faithfully answered God’s call to ministry for more than 25 years. She is passionate about equipping, encouraging, and empowering others through biblical teaching, prophetic ministry, and spiritual mentorship. A 15-year breast cancer survivor, Tamika’s healing journey was unconventional — she overcame an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis without chemotherapy or radiation. Her testimony is one of unwavering faith, perseverance, and hope, and she uses her experience to encourage others to trust God while pursuing their own path to healing. As a proud member of the Stepping Out in Faith family, Tamika is honored to support fellow survivors and those currently facing breast cancer — sharing hope, inspiring resilience, and pointing others to the faithfulness of God.
