Stepping Out in Faith 21st Century is committed to providing unwavering support to women affected by cancer, fostering healing, and promoting wholeness through faith-based principles. By offering financial assistance, fostering a multicultural environment, and encouraging the sharing of individual stories, we aim to inspire hope, resilience, and empowerment in every woman we serve. Together, we walk hand in hand, supporting each other as we journey towards renewed wellness and abundant life.
Rosetta’s Story
“I knew God loved me — I just didn’t know He loved me that much.”
In March of 2022, I went in for my yearly mammogram, same as I always do. This time the letter told me to come back — and after more tests, the call came while I was sitting at my desk. The nurse said she had good news and bad news: I had breast cancer, but they had caught it in time. The only way to remove it was surgery.
I didn’t fall apart, and I can’t take the credit for that. Before that call ever came, God had already told me: you’re going to go through something, but I’ve got you — just rest in Me. So I did.
He surrounded me with people. Prophet Teresa walked every step with me — taking notes, asking the questions I didn’t know how to ask, she was an angel sent to watch over me.
On June 14, 2022, I had my surgery. When I woke up, I felt no pain. They offered me pain medicine again and again, and I kept saying no, because I didn’t need it. I believe that God Himself — He was my pain medicine. Later, an infection sent me back for an emergency surgery, and through that too, His peace never left me.
Today I stand as a breast cancer survivor — no chemo, no radiation, and no pain medicine. I never once thought my name and the word cancer would be in the same sentence. But God can do all things. If my story encourages even one person, then everything I walked through was worth it. There’s always hope beyond what you see.

Evangelist Rosetta Gloster
Founder & CEO
Rosetta Gloster is a victorious woman at heart who loves singing for the Lord and serving in ways that please Him. A breast cancer survivor, she founded and leads Stepping Out in Faith 21st Century — a ministry that encourages women to share their testimonies and offers spiritual and moral support to uplift and empower. Rosetta is honored that God called her to be an Evangelist and to share the good news of Jesus Christ. She describes that calling as bringing people into communion and community, where everyone is treated gently and with respect. For Rosetta, evangelism is about the people, Jesus, and the Kingdom of God.
What our symbol means
The butterfly speaks of transformation and new life; the pink ribbon, of awareness and solidarity with everyone touched by breast cancer. Together they carry the heart of this ministry — beauty and hope rising out of the hardest seasons, and a reminder that there’s always hope beyond what you see.
